Very disappointed. The staff was very nice but the room left a lot to be desired. The lighting was very poor. The thermostat was missing the knob so the temperature couldn't be changed. The floor was in very bad condition was gaps up to 1/2". Our room was in a second building and we had to lug our luggage through a parking garage to get there. There was no breakfast included but there was one available but you have to pay extra for it and they only offer and expensive buffet.

Tiny rooms accessed through an underground car park. The rooms are hot and stuffy with no option for aircon as they are still on winter heating time in March. When you open the small window that looks onto rusty pipes all can hear is what sounds like the laundry or the kitchen. So a hot night. The phones to call reception do not work. My shower had no cold water so scorching hot. You can hear every step from above.

Good location,clean room,very nice personal at the reception.I had a small problem with the toilet when we arrived but the problem was solved in the morning.The breakfast was delicious,and it was the same every day.The hotel is situated near La Rambla street(aprox 400m)

Disappointed and felt neglected

The hotel room was quite well equipped with a kettle and powdered milk, coffee and tea bags. These were not replaced on 2nd day of stay which was disappointing. The fridge was ok in the room and 2 single beds which were a bit hard... appreciate that each person is different .. The reason for the rating is that housekeeping bleached clothing of my husbands and although the reception staff took photos, nothing was done about it. An email address was given to me that bounced back!!!!! So I messaged hotel directly and yet again no reply.. Really poor customer service and care ... Basically didn't give a toss and bluffed us onto the manager. Still waiting for a response... Not a cheap hotel but would have expected better customer service..

Great hotel. The room is nice and clean. In the bathroom, we were greeted by toothbrushes, toothpaste, and a comb. Body shampoo, hair and body milk. In the room there was also a kettle with coffee without and with caffeine, milk powder, several types of tea. Every day the room was cleaned and towels were changed. Breakfast was exceptional, several types of salami, cheeses, eggs in various ways, sausages, fruit, various pastries, sweet and savory. The location of the hotel is perfect, only a few minutes from the center. The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help. Overjoyed.
